I purchased a T force 2x16 RAM with 3600MHz, installed it and everything functioned properly. Then I adjusted the BIOS to 3600 MHz due to a previous setting of 3000MHz with XMP. After applying the change, the PC stopped working, so I returned to the original RAM. It reset back to default after about eight minutes, then I tried installing both of my old RAM sticks one at a time in each slot. Each time the PC would shut down shortly afterward. I also used an Asrock B550m-C R5 3600 RTX 3060, Enermax 750W modular gold-rated PSU, and a 120mm cooler Master AIO. Whenever I set the RAM to its normal speed after changing the MHz, the screen would flicker because it was unstable. Please help me out.

Is the most recent BIOS installed? Verify that all power connectors are properly aligned. Also, confirm the PSU side if you're using a modular power supply. Ensure the PC is securely connected to the electrical outlet.

Consider checking the current version for improvements, but delay upgrading until you confirm your system runs smoothly in BIOS. (Updating during a power loss might damage your motherboard.) Disable fastboot features in BIOS and test whether it affects performance.

Your CPU temperature is 88°C according to BIOS, is that normal?
