I purchased a fresh SSD, but when connected to another device it disappears from the list. Removing it works, yet inserting it causes issues accessing files. Need assistance.

Adjust SATA connections on the affected drive. Plugging in M.2 SSDs occasionally turns off SATA ports on the motherboard.
