Consider the boot sequence carefully. Your main RAID has two Windows drives and a third with mixed partitions. Backing up Windows data before installing MacOS is wise since the installer might target the 100GB partition on the third drive. For safe backups, use tools like macOS Disk Utility or third-party solutions rather than simple external copies. If you must fresh install everything, the recommended order is MacOS first, then Windows, followed by Ubuntu.

You're likely trying to set up a hybrid system. The order matters—installing Windows after macOS will erase the Clover UEFI settings. You can clone a disk using Disk Utility from the macOS installer, selecting the "Restore" option. A recommended path is Windows → Ubuntu → macOS, since Clover works with all three.

In the past, people usually set up Windows first during a triple boot because it doesn’t interfere well with other systems (mostly by corrupting the bootloader). I think the same applies when doing a triple setup.
