Hello, After the Windows 10 April update, I noticed a new partition has appeared on my SSD. I’m curious if others experienced this and have any advice on resolving it. It hasn’t affected performance or stability, though I only updated today—maybe more changes are coming soon. (The partition is labeled "d:" with about 500 MB total, around 50 MB free, but Explorer shows it as empty.) Thank you in advance!

It seems unusual for a basic update to generate a completely new partition… But thank you very much!
