Installation issues on Black screen in Windows 8.1
I completed the Rare Pepe build last night and tried to install Windows 8.1 Pro. I adjusted the boot priority to the ODD location and exited the BIOS to begin the setup. The Windows logo showed up, then after a short delay the ODD slowed down, displaying the loading circle beneath it. Shortly afterward, the screen went dark without any activity from the HDD or ODD. After waiting roughly 20 seconds, I pressed the reset button three times before giving up, but I’m unsure if extending the wait will help. Any suggestions on what might be causing this issue?
