eMMC can be upgraded in specific situations. See the link for details: https://www.kingston.com/us/embedded/emmc. In any case, avoid installing Windows on it. You likely won't have sufficient storage. Consider choosing a different Linux distribution.

Can you try setting it up on an external hard drive during installation?

You must connect the external drive each time you start the operating system. You could use a 128GB SD card as your boot drive, but it would remain permanently attached.

Notice that fitting a Windows 10 setup on a 64GB drive is nearly impossible, even if it works, making it a really bad move.

Additionally, even if you manage to set up Windows 10 on the smallest available drive, running it with just 2GB of RAM would be challenging; you should aim for at least 4GB. @danial9 this isn't a wise choice. You'll need more powerful hardware. Sorry, man.

win10 runs smoothly on 2GB RAM, particularly when you lack sufficient storage to execute any programs

I used Windows 10 before installing it from the source. Now I'm attempting a clean install, but it's not working.

Windows 10 offered its own restore feature, which might have restored itself automatically. It seems you likely used a version similar to the older Windows 7 Basic. Check if Windows 10 has a lightweight or basic edition and attempt to install it.
