These cards date back to the 1650s and are also linked to Nvidia. The 1650 has been around for a very long time, dominating the cable market for a considerable period and commanding prices far beyond its actual specifications. It’s conceivable it will function only with Nvidia and Intel. If you have expertise, you can run a VM which adds a layer for modification. Your CPU is significantly faster than what’s found in phones and TVs, possibly offering a major performance boost. Could be the simplest solution. You definitely don’t want a GPU pass-through, though. I believe so. Running VMs is useful—they let you install the system inside Windows without needing a reboot. Edited May 30, 2023 by Bombastinator

The virtual box wasn’t functioning properly. I was considering whether the Android TV installer would fail if my GPU wasn’t supported, so it wouldn’t show anything during boot. There might be a BIOS adjustment needed to bypass the installation prompt.
The virtual box in the app is straightforward—no need for professional help. It’s essentially the feature Microsoft provides, similar to what VMware offers, but at a lower cost. The issue of not seeing anything on boot might be due to the setup or environment, though that wasn’t confirmed.
