The 8-pin cable for the CPU is connected in the top-left area of the motherboard. You may attempt to reinsert it once you return.

Visit C:\Windows\Minidump to see if any minidump files exist. If present, return to the Windows directory and transfer the entire Minidump folder to the Downloads folder (use your desktop if needed). Compress the copied folder and include it in a post. Please adhere strictly to instructions since Windows doesn't allow file manipulation there.

Mostly the problem lies with the driver. However, some CPU problems can lead to this crash frequently (CPU might be the only cause if it's the issue, though it can also happen). The 5000 series AMD CPUs are among the few that have such issues, and he has a 5000 series AMD CPU.

There is a saying in medicine "When you hear hooves, think horses not zebras" Is there a very slight chance that it is the CPU? Its a possibility but a statistically unlikely one If it is I was wrong and I am more than willing to admit it if I turn out to be wrong but the only way to know is to eliminate everything else and what remains is the problem no matter how impropable

This is why you examine the dump files.

Hooves are a defining feature of zebras, making their presence noticeable wherever they occur. In certain areas, one might more commonly hear zebra hooves than horse hooves.

I understood the message. It's important to stay calm. Noticing that English isn't your primary language can affect how you convey concerns, like when someone shares "misinformation." It might suggest they intentionally shared incorrect details. I think it's unlikely here. You can share your thoughts without causing offense.

You mentioned mixed definitions, but it seems you're pointing out the difference between DIS and MIS information. Misinformation is simply false content meant to deceive, while disinformation is deliberately misleading. It's interesting how this topic can shift depending on perspective.

It suggests the situation was handled deliberately. Try to remain calm and avoid getting drawn into emotional reactions when you disagree.
