I'm planning to upgrade my workstation with an Arrow Lake CPU for a fresh build. I want a 4TB NVME drive for data storage and a 1TB NVME drive for Windows. Back when hard drives were common, I would install Windows first to avoid conflicts during the setup. With NVME devices, should I delay installing the data drive until after Windows is complete, or is there a specific timing during installation? My last update was in 2019 and I've been doing in-place updates since then.

I usually recommend turning off extra devices, it's better to be safe than sorry later.
