They request your product key for the ISO files. I don’t possess a product key; I mentioned I’d prefer Windows 7 over Windows 8.1, and I don’t have an ISO for Windows 8.1 either.

Those checksums explain their purpose. You usually see the technet references there. However, Win 7 is nearing its end and isn’t recommended anymore.
