Hello All,
I have a fresh build with these specifications:
CPU: Ryzen 7800X3D
Mobo: ASUS B650E-F
GPU: MSI RTX 5070 Ti Gaming Trio
RAM: 2 x 16GB Kingston Fury Beast 6000mhz
SSD: 2TB Samsung 990 Pro
HDD: 2TB WD Blue
It came with the OS preinstalled, so I plan to perform a clean Windows 11 installation.

My questions are:
1) Should I configure the BIOS to default settings prior to the clean install? And after the installation is complete, should I restore everything via the installer?
2) Once finished, should I allow Windows to install all required drivers, then update with drivers from the motherboard manufacturer's website?
3) Also, my BIOS has an option labeled "Other OS". Should I set it to Windows UEFI before performing the clean install?

Thank you in advance for your help. I just want to ensure everything is correctly configured and installed.

In-depth Win 11 guide available here: https://forums. It addresses all your questions. For example, it covers the steps before the media creation guide. Windows might not update itself automatically after installation; once you boot into the OS (see desktop), you can install MoBo firmware (chipset drivers) then. Those tasks can be handled manually if needed.

Chipset drivers are software, not firmware. They reside in the operating system partition on SSD or HDD. The motherboard's BIOS is also classified as firmware, located on the oprom chip. For Intel systems, the Management Engine is similarly regarded as firmware.

Thank you all.
I used to install the OS by myself, but I just wanted to double-check I did it correctly.😉
The guide was very helpful in ensuring I followed the right steps.
Yesterday I finished installing the OS, and everything is working fine so far.
Thanks again!
