This highlights the need for more details about Windows versions. I'm looking for a Win Vista Home Premium ISO that works 64-bit. It's unclear whether the OEM key matters, as the COA sticker doesn't specify the version. Additionally, it's worth checking if language or SP settings could cause issues.

Language and Service Pack could cause issues. The 32/64 bit aspect seems important as well.

The OEM key applies only to the specific version it's designed for. If the sticker indicates Home Premium 64 bit, you'll need a Home Premium 64 ISO. The SP doesn't matter in this case. I've attempted it before. Since MS uses identical activation methods across all SP versions, they're essentially updates.

It's clear what you're focusing on—service updates and language options. Those aspects could complicate things for you.

Uncertain about the language, but it’s possible it won’t affect anything. It might be worth noting that MS is triggering all these changes to ensure you’re getting more features than your payment covers, not just based on the included language pack. The SP part shouldn’t matter.
