rufus is the best option... . believe it! Make sure you choose GPT if you need to use your thumb drive to set up Windows 8/8.1

I highly suggest using PenDrive Linux. It supports Windows versions and lets you start any system from Windows to various Linux distributions. It's a sample platform as mentioned. Just choose your USB drive (like F:/, E:/..) and an .ISO file, click "Create," and wait for the setup to complete.
