I have a home server with a 3950x that I use as a NAS and build server. PBO is configured properly in the BIOS, but the CPU caps at 3.5Ghz. I've experimented with different governors and settings in cpupower, yet I lack experience with the Linux kernel. I'm wondering how to adjust it so it reaches under 4Ghz like on Windows. It might relate to the Pstate values mentioned, but I'm unsure how to modify them. Any guidance would be appreciated.
