No one has shared a successful setup of Server 2019 on a non-Xeon Intel platform, especially with an ASUS motherboard and I9 processor. The focus should remain on Intel systems only. In general, the hardware needs are not too demanding. These tools should function adequately, even with standard "generic" Windows drivers installed.

The specifications for Server2019 do not mention requiring a XEON. They provide a 180-day VHD for testing, which can fit in any hardware setup.

What causes you to think it might be a problem?
The listed hardware needs don’t indicate any issues.
MS publishes
free
trial installs, especially for testing purposes like this.
Give it a try.
It requires no cost except for some time.

Xeons have never been necessary for running Windows Server as long as you satisfy the minimum specifications. I successfully installed Server 2022 on my i7-12700K without any problems, but I wouldn't suggest it unless your system supports ECC.
