Android running on x86 has been around for some time, and while it's technically feasible to boot both Android and Windows on a single device—something multiple makers have achieved before—it's worth noting that ARM-based Windows doesn't offer the best application support. The big issue is the notable failure of Windows RT tablets, which highlights how unsuitable ARM Windows can be. That makes adding Windows ARM to a dual-boot setup really unnecessary, at least from a practical standpoint.
