Recently my setup frequently shut down, and I noticed the +12V voltage fell to about 10v according to hwinfo64 and hwmonitor (I didn’t verify in BIOS). After swapping in a new power supply, the system became stable again. However, both hwinfo64 and hwmonitor still display 10v, while the BIOS shows 12v. Is this just a software issue with data not updating properly, or is the problem unrelated to the power supply?

The information provided might be incorrect. Verify the BIOS settings. The memory controller supports 2933MHz, which means a 3200MHz could lead to instability.

BIOS indicated 12 volts, suggesting a possible misreading; Windows will attempt to reduce RAM to 2933 and check for improvement.
