I'm facing problems with this latest configuration, yet the previous one worked too. I own an 8700k with a motherboard and RAM, but it had minor stability issues in certain games. I moved to my son's setup, swapped out his 4790k for the 8700, and it performed well. Now I have a 7950x with a TUF motherboard and 32GB DDR6000, (EXPO) RAM – it’s having major stability problems again. It just fails completely, despite running flawlessly in stability tests. I can run Cinebench and FurMark for two hours without any issues. MEMTEST86+ tested it thoroughly twice and showed no errors. Everything seems to function normally except for the online games. I know the old build used a RM850 + 10Gb + 3080 but these seem to be working too. I focused on the 10Gb adapter, thinking it might be outdated firmware or a driver conflict, but that didn’t help. I really miss the 10Gb setup since it’s crucial for my work and gives me fast data speeds from my server. The other PC runs perfectly, showing no instability except during those online sessions. It appears even more strange – only when playing together on the same network can I run games like Minecraft or Fortnite for hours without crashing, but then it fails completely.

It seems the issue might be with the router rather than the nic.

he’s using the same router, which means it’s a Unifi XG16 connected to a UDM pro. there’s a 150-watt 16-port setup, but it’s only for powering PoE devices. i pulled out the 10gb drive to check if that fixes the problems. hate it.

After many months it turned out to be just the 10GbE NIC, I’m not sure if the Windows 11 problem was with that Marvell controller on the ASUS 100C or something else. I’ve been testing for three hours and haven’t hit any issues. Missing the 10GbE, but at least it’s working now.

REALLY? Still having issues, I'm exhausted. Can't launch any Warzone game, but I managed to play for about eight hours last night. Now I just gave up and ran the 5600MHz EXPO profile on my RAM. At least I was able to play something.
