I've set up Windows 11 Insider on an unsupported system with TPM working perfectly. The AMD FX-9000 CPU is the latest major pre-Ryzen model. When the official release comes, will you remain locked into the unstable dev version or get upgraded to a stable build? Thanks for your support!
It looks like locating this information is becoming harder, especially with current searches pointing toward unsupported systems. The last memory I have is about a prompt thanking developers for their help and an option to downgrade, though it doesn’t rule out future support for unsupported hardware. Also, the dev build will begin testing updates soon after Windows 11 releases, with beta being the primary channel for the main version—this might explain why earlier reports seemed conflicting.
