Just ordered a Corsair Shift ATX 3.0 PSU 1200w. Gonna figure out real quick if the PSU is the issue or not.

Nearly certain nobody is going to bother trying to examine all the data in your HWinfo logs. Too much data and most of which is not pertinent anyhow. Much easier to find problems via HWinfo screenshots, if anything is there to be discovered. Maybe somebody but after looking at them briefly I'm certainly not going to attempt to sort those logs out to find what I need. Hopefully the PSU resolves the matter, but I'm not particularly optimistic because your Prime PSU is a very good unit, although, anything can be faulty even when brand new so you never know.

It's the same data as a screenshot, it's just in a format you can compare side by side using Generic Log viewer.
I hope no Hardware is at fault but I have to try ruling out something at least. PSU is my first stop. I can test my old GPU afterward.
If that's futile today I can post a screenshot but using Generic Log viewer is actually much more beneficial so which sensors in particular are you searching for I can post a screenshot side by side graph from a normal no crash and a crash log.

Couldn't get PC to crash today so I haven't installed new PSU yet. However I opted to search through my Event viewer for the billionth time. I may have stumbled upon an intriguing Pattern.
Event ID 7045
A service was installed in the system.
Service Name: EasyAntiCheatSys
Service File Name: C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat.sys
Service Type: kernel mode driver
Service Start Type: demand start
Service Account:
Event ID 6:
File System Filter 'EasyAntiCheatSys' (6.1, ‎2023‎-‎05‎-‎23T06:13:48.000000000Z) has successfully loaded and registered with Filter Manager.
These two events from EasyAntiCheat are often the last two events in the logs before the system shutdown. They are merely info logs however these are more often than not the last logs the system records. In a few instances, there are a few logs after but not always. I don't know if it's something to examine. I do find it peculiar for instance that these can be the last logs before the system shuts down at all meaning it could crash 5 -15 mins after these logs but not record anything else after them.
Switching to Application logs these events occur at the exact same time:
Event ID 16384
Successfully scheduled Software Protection service for re-start at 2123-06-17T15:54:04Z. Reason: RulesEngine.
Event ID 903
The Software Protection service has stopped.
I'm going to delve deeper into this, Currently tracing down all my shutdowns and noting any pattern down.
What are your thoughts on this possibility?

Well, since this is from the second post I made here, I'd say my thoughts are that it could absolutely be related and looking into it further is a good idea. I've seen MANY individuals with problems related to anti-cheat.
However, as I stated then and will reiterate now, I've never encountered problems related to anti-cheat cause an instant off situation. Only errors and freezing or similar issues. But anything is possible.
