I am preparing to purchase components for my new gaming PC. I have chosen the parts for my configuration. The system is meant for gaming, simple drone photography and video editing, and basic YouTube content production. I intended to install the Patriot Viper Venom 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 RAM (https://pcpartpicker.com/product/4c...-x...32g600c30k) with the Gigabyte X870 EAGLE WIFI7 ATX AM5 Motherboard (https://pcpartpicker.com/product/mh...le...agle-wifi7) and set the memory speed to 6000 with AMD EXPO. Unfortunately, Gigabyte did not show my RAM options in the motherboard compatibility list. Although Gigabyte mentions it hasn’t tested all models, I want to be cautious. Will I be able to increase the memory speed and use AMD EXPO with these sticks? If not, which other brands—such as Corsair, G.Skill, Patriot, PNY, or Teamgroup—offer RAM with similar performance? Please include relevant links.

50:50 chance.
Either Gigabyte didn't test the specific RAM at all, or they tested it and it failed their testing, thus, they didn't add it to the memory QVL.
Any listed in memory QVL. Since those listed there is a guarantee.
You can search the web links for yourself as well. It isn't that hard.
Just take the RAM part number, plop it into pcpp memory search and voila.
E.g 1st G.Skill (2x 16GB 6000 MT/s) i took that has EXPO; F5-6000J3038F16GX2-TZ5NR ;
