Despite the absence of any application that would heavily utilize the disk, my disk usage remains at 100% for no apparent reason, rendering the computer entirely unusable. I suspected the issue might stem from the SSD, so I purchased a new one, but the situation remains unchanged. Formatting resolves the issue temporarily, but I would prefer not to format every month. Is there a lasting solution? (Apologies that the screenshots are not in English)
RAM: Patriot Viper Steel 8GB 3000MHz DDR4 PVS48G300C6
SSD: PNY CS900 480GB (4 months old)
Graphics card: Palit GTX1650S 4GB
Motherboard: Asus Prime H410M-K
CPU: i3-10100F

Utilize Glary Utilities and examine startup programs with the operating system, as well as conduct a comprehensive virus and malware scan.

I have scanned using Kaspersky and Malwarebytes, both of which did not detect any viruses, and there is nothing unusual in startup programs either. What other steps can I take?

Disable Nvidia Shadow Play.
Uninstall Kaspersky Antivirus.
Uninstall Armoury Crate.
Could you provide a screenshot from Disk Management?
What is the available space on the drive? An SSD can significantly slow down when it is full.

By the way, I can't claim that this issue occurs consistently; it happens 2-3 times daily and resolves itself after 20-30 minutes, or I must restart the computer.
