Greetings Everyone,
I have been facing some problems with a fairly new computer (3 months old) seemingly out of nowhere. The trouble began when I attempted to play a game and encountered crashes, prompting me to update my graphics card drivers in hopes of resolving the issue. Unfortunately, that did not solve the problem and instead exacerbated it. I've tested two games (Apex Legends and Halo Infinite) since the driver update, and in both instances, my computer abruptly shuts off.
To provide additional details and hopefully some insight into diagnosing the issue: the computer does not turn off immediately upon starting the games or anything similar; it has shut down while I was simply sitting at the main menu for around 15 minutes and three times during actual gameplay, which can last between 10 to 20 minutes. When the games are launched and running, I do not notice any unusual behavior compared to when it was functioning properly before the driver update. When the computer shuts down unexpectedly, it does not restart on its own or when I press the power button. I have to toggle the switch on the power supply at the back of the computer to turn it back on using the power button. Another oddity is that the computer only turns off while I am playing games. I continued using the same computer for work and school tasks without any issues on the first day I encountered this problem, and even left it on overnight. Upon checking the event viewer for errors, I found one around the time it kept shutting down that mentioned something along the lines of "ati.flash error graphics card driver could not be found."
The following day, I took it to a local computer shop where it was assembled. I requested them to clean it, install an exhaust fan, and reapply thermal paste to the CPU to rule out overheating. The technician ran diagnostics and informed me that the machine was not overheating but had also noticed the same graphics card driver error I had encountered before bringing it in. He recommended a clean installation of Windows since I mentioned the issue started after the driver update. I had all the mentioned work done on the computer.
Today, I am facing the same issue along with a new error different from the previous one: "Event 41 Kernel Power: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error may occur if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."
I am currently typing this on the same computer that only seems to shut down during gameplay. I have no idea where to go from here. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have been facing issues with a fairly new computer (3 months old) seemingly out of nowhere.
Was the operating system transferred from an older build or installed from scratch?
Could you check the BIOS version on your motherboard? Regarding your platform/OS, can you see if there are any errors flagged in Device Manager?
Video Card: Power Color AMD Radeon 7900XT
Could you provide a link to the GPU you have?
I attempted to update my graphics card drivers to resolve the issue.
Did you use DDU to uninstall your GPU drivers before installing the latest driver from AMD's support site, running it as an administrator?

Hello Lutfij,
I am not very tech-savvy, but I looked up how to find the BIOS version and discovered this: BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 0821, 11/15/2022.
Regarding the device manager errors, the only one I found was a yellow warning sign on my generic Bluetooth adapter.
Video Card Link
I did not use DDU when uninstalling the graphics drivers previously.

This exactly describes what is happening on my PC as well; I just got it last week and it shuts down while playing Halo Infinite. All other games work fine, though some exhibit micro stutters, but that’s due to my low-end CPU. Did you manage to resolve your issue? If so, could you please share the source of the problem?
Thank you.
