I’m taking it one step at a time. I’m not sure the easiest method is to purchase the full version and then transfer it, but I’d like to explore other options first. Basic understanding would be really helpful.

Get the Windows 10 Media Creation utility from the official site: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software.../windows10. Insert a 16GB USB drive into your machine and launch the file; it will guide you through the process. You aim to generate media, not install updates. Let it complete, then insert the USB into your new PC. Press the boot menu key after turning on the power, select your USB from the options. Follow the instructions—likely you’ll receive a Windows 10 activation code (unless you already have one), which should also work for Windows 11.

Buy a valid license from a trusted seller. You’ll receive a Windows key via email or a printed sticker in a designated folder. The Media Creation Tool will delete the existing flash drive and transfer all Windows installation files onto it. After restarting your new computer off that drive, proceed with the on-screen steps to install Windows on your new SSD.

You don’t have to purchase it. Windows can be installed and you can skip activation. Using it without paying won’t harm your PC or prevent updates. Alternatively, you can obtain a key from eBay or similar platforms.

Yeah but the watermark is big poopoo. IMO buy the cheapest laptop OP can and rip the key from it, or register an existing key from a computer already owned and use it for multiple PCs. Just dont do that if you are a business

This feature doesn't support customizing wallpaper or theme directly, which is likely the main limitation.

It seems you're repeating the same keys multiple times. Let me help you organize or simplify them.
