Hi
I've been dealing with this issue for a while now. The computer would crash as if it was unplugged, sometimes it restarts, and other times it stays off. Sometimes after a restart, it immediately restarts again during boot. The only odd thing I noticed is voltage fluctuations on the 5 and 3.3v rails. When they're stable, the PC runs well even under heavy load (OCCT power test, Prime95, and Intel AVX test running simultaneously).

I ran a memtest without errors. My WiFi/BT module on the motherboard isn't working, so I disabled it in the BIOS.

Here are the readings right before the last crash:
HWinfo
readings right before the recent crash.

Can you help me figure out if the problem is related to the PSU or the motherboard?

My specs:
CPU: Intel i9 13900k
Motherboard: MSI Z690 with WiFi
PSU: Green 1200W
RAM: 16GB ADATA XPG 5200 CL38
GPU: None

EDIT:
I checked the MSI compatibility list for my motherboard and it only supports the 8GB version (AX5U5200C388G-SHTBK). Mine is AX5U5200C3816G-SHTBK. Could this be the cause?

Green 1200w 80PLUS PLATINUM, sadly I purchased this power supply because the previous one from the same brand worked well for me, so I upgraded to it now.
I’m thinking about getting a super flower PSU next.

I'm unfamiliar with that brand, so I'm uncertain about its quality.

Could the mismatched RAM lead to these problems?
