I wrote a post about a week ago. My Windows start button, calendar, and file search aren't working. I've tried all possible fixes online. The problem seems to appear in safe mode. I've created a new Windows account and reset my system. If I choose the "keep my files" option during a reset, will that solve the issue or will I need to wipe everything?
