Inquiry about all improvements when turning on XMP for ASUS motherboard and i7 7700k

mobo: Asus Maximus IX formula
when turning on XMP in the bios I see an option to apply all core enhancement. If I plan to adjust my CPU clock and voltage manually, should I still confirm? With the motherboard set to its default settings, my CPU runs at 4521mhz; with XMP and core enhancement enabled it's at 4500mhz, but without them it drops to 4400mhz.
In your bios go to xmp there will be 2 profiles click on profile 1 and xmp is enabled... For cpu go to turbo clock and turn it on.... For the full 4.5ghz clock of ur i7
Hi, thanks for replying I've decided i want to oc my cpu to 4.8ghz. but also want to run xmp. so will there be any benefit in clicking yes on the multi core enhancement option? or does manually setting your clock and voltage override it?
Click on the multicore improvement... Occasionally if you adjust your own clocks, you might cause some issues.... And yes, there will be a significant advantage.
