Then you have two options, leave it stock as its working as intended or play with Curve Optimizer to dynamically undervolt. Static undervolting is not the way anymore. There is a LOT of content out there for how to get started.

On AMD consider Curve Optimizer and begin with -15 for all cores. It should function if it works, adjusting down to -20 or lower depending on the chip. For a 7950X with a 1 tick around -3mV, the exact numbers shift with clocks but don't retain dynamic changes.
