Upgrading to Windows 10 doesn’t necessarily mean you need to reinstall all your games or reset everything from Win 7. You should check if the games are compatible with Windows 10, and you can adjust your settings as needed. No automatic re-downloads are required unless specific updates are released.

Not every file comes with you. I’m unsure about settings, but games should work across platforms. I’ve seen instances where certain titles freeze.

It's an improvement, keeping everything intact. The only program that doesn't work is Corsair Link, but even that's faulty, so you should be okay overall.
