Hey Matt, it's understandable to be frustrated when a refund takes so long. The time it takes for Valve to process payments can vary, and sometimes it might be up to a week or more. If you need your money back quickly, you might want to check the Steam support page or contact their customer service for updates. Good luck with your next game!

Be calm, they do offer a refund policy now. It’s good to know you can get your money back from Steam—it makes sense they should have provided this earlier.

I haven't issued any refunds, so I'm guessing here but possibly due to third-party developers and bank accounts involved. Not limited to Steam or Valve.
