I've been searching for a more detailed model number but haven't succeeded yet. I'll mark it later when I'm back from work. I prefer adding new RAM rather than removing old one in the existing slots. Also, the motherboard info from Spect isn't available. Thank you for your help. EDIT: Updated specs sheet for the motherboard was added on February 22, 2020 by AC-PC with a photo attached.

I also own this laptop; the model name isn't listed on the bios, just the default. I noticed it has two M2 slots, one with an N10C M2 SSD, but it lacks RAM slots. I wish it had more RAM, though my soldering abilities aren’t great for adding extra memory. Apart from that, it’s a decent compact machine. I use it when I’m away from home at work and leave the 17-inch model behind. I also bought an ONN 11.2-inch tablet with a keyboard cover (Windows), which feels like a budget option—Pentium Silver, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, plus a microSD slot for expansion.
