Hello! I'm seeking a more effective way to access remote desktop for my mom's laptop. I've relied on RealVNC for years, but their recent changes limited free accounts to just three devices. I'm exploring alternatives like PiKVM 4, hoping it offers a hardware-based solution for better remote support. I'd appreciate any updates they've made to the software side of PiKVM 4. Thanks in advance!

For a Windows laptop, Quick Assist is available as a native help tool. It lets you link with another device, but users must launch the app and provide a code.
