Evaluating the game would be a solid 10.
uPlay isn’t terrible at all.
It seems to rely more on CPU than GPU, though the R7 265 handles it well.
With an i3-4130 and that CPU, you should get decent performance.

I've mainly played on PS3, which isn't necessarily the best experience. Still, it's a solid game—worth a 8 out of 10. A lot of enjoyment and plenty of content to explore. Uplay can be quite frustrating... personally, I didn't really like the online features.

Yes, the performance issues have been resolved. I recall there were some challenges during the initial launch when TB addressed it.

8.5 out of 10 – a lot of enjoyment, plenty of time can be spent on it.
2) It works well for me, though using it is really frustrating. Still, I only have a few games installed, so I don’t really rely on it.
3) Uncertain, I don’t think I’m the best person to give an opinion on this.

Yup this, its a good game and lots of fun! The performance issues are fine for me running 290x's so if you are running Nvidia I would say it would be better still.

Far Cry 4 isn't officially compatible with dual-core processors. I'm aware there are possible solutions, though their consistency is uncertain. If it runs at all, you should expect a comfortable experience with moderate to low settings. Meanwhile, consider trying Far Cry 3 if you haven't played it yet—it's an excellent title. The add-on "Blood Dragon" stands out as a significant feature. These two games offer a similar experience despite their visual differences, and you can buy both for around $10 during sales. The game provides roughly 50 hours of playtime.

I’ve checked more sources and found CPU benchmarks for Far Cry 4 on an i3 paired with a GTX 980. It does indicate a bottleneck, but it seems likely the game wouldn’t struggle on a 265.

I'm not focusing on speed. Many sites claim the game won't start without at least four processors. There are plenty of solutions on YouTube. I'm just aiming to highlight this for you.

I rate it an 8 out of 10 and really enjoy it.
2) It seems like a minor inconvenience—just launch it on Steam, and the game launches smoothly. Who cares about those small details? It just works in the background when not in use. People should stop focusing on trivial stuff like this and focus on what they actually enjoy.
3) Based on what I’ve noticed with my i7 4790k, it tends to use all three cores while only using less than 60% of the rest. I don’t have a clear explanation for that.
