I just set up a new PC and everything was functioning perfectly, including playing CS:GO. After that, I tried Valorant and it worked fine. Later, when I went back to CS:GO, my mouse felt very slow and laggy—clearly noticeable both in-game and on my desktop. The acceleration was off, I switched USB ports, used raw input, disabled VSync, changed HDMI/DP, and adjusted FPS settings. It kept dropping around 142 or 144, which was still bad. Anyone experienced this problem? What could possibly help improve the situation?

This common problem is widely talked about in the blurbusters forum. I share the same concern and am looking into it.

Это проявление задержки при вводе данных. Также можно заметить, что при установке 60 фпс в одиночной игре изображение задерживается или не двигается плавно. Если перезагрузка Windows не помогла, попробуйте что-либо еще. Ошибка возникает из-за обработки или видеокарты, которые отвечают за ввод/вывод. Если вы можете купить новый процессор или графическую карту, попробуйте.
