I actually agree with you. Rn I don't remember which PSU it is but it is indeed a modular one and I do use some cables that aren't the ones from my PSU and I did think about that. It may be my PSU creating all the problems indeed, given the fact that after going from GTX1060 to RX580 it only got laggier, RX580 consumes more power so it may be that PSU is choking.
Thanks for your answers, I don't have enough money for a new PSU right now so it seems like I have to hang on this problem for a little while, but when I'll finally try a different one I may update this thread if I won't forget. Thanks again and I will mark your answer as the best one.
