I also tried that, but there was no change or it got worse when the polling rate increased.
what i did when this kind of issue occurred was, checking the game properties, then compatibility settings, enabling admin mode, disabling fullscreen optimization, and running the game via windows service pack2. It worked, if it doesn't, i tried each step separately and let me know if it helps.
