The optimal method involves selecting a reliable platform, designing your site with user experience in mind, and ensuring it's optimized for search engines. Consider using content management systems or frameworks that simplify updates and scaling. Regularly maintain and update your site to keep it relevant and functional.

The site offers a straightforward path to master web development skills. You'll learn HTML, PHP, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and work with backend frameworks such as Laravel, plus frontend tools like React. It also introduces REST APIs for practical experience. Overall, it’s designed to help you build functional websites efficiently.

On a deeper level, the goal is to gain comprehensive knowledge in full-stack development, enabling you to create robust applications from both front-end and back-end perspectives.

Be aware that no site can be completely free. Even local operation requires constant attention, and DNS registration may still incur costs. Opting for affordable cloud hosting, a domain name, and DNS setup would be the most cost-effective approach to building a fully customizable website. Since you have the freedom to code from the ground up, you can handle everything yourself or use CMS tools if needed.

You can search online for free website hosting and builders, but most only offer short-term trials—usually two weeks to a month—and provide minimal design options. Free services often require a specific domain name, like 'www.abchosting.slaaatyler.com', limiting your flexibility.

You can certainly create a website without any programming skills, but sharing it online involves more challenges... which means true "free" isn't really possible. You might need to: - show ads on your site; or - provide real money to the DNS provider, hosting company, etc.
