I've encountered some problems with my new PC, especially for multiplayer games. Most often it runs on EA titles. After some time (random intervals), the system would shut down completely without a blue screen or error message. Instead, it would just turn black and then display the boot icon. These crashes happen unpredictably—sometimes they work perfectly, other times they fail to load the game. Initially, I thought it was a temperature problem, but checking the NVIDIA Performance Monitor showed my GPU stayed under 70°C and CPU under 60°C. Even when working in demanding tasks like 3D modeling or photogrammetry, temperatures rose above those thresholds but the PC didn’t crash. I also verified power usage during both gaming and work sessions; gaming consumed significantly more watts than gaming. The next step was reviewing the software, which I had already uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I updated all drives for the GPU and motherboard, and even disassembled and reassembled the computer twice. Despite these efforts, the issue persists.

The event viewer displays activity near the moment these power anomalies occurred.

Indicates normal operation. Processor and GPU temperatures remain stable, fans function properly, and power consumption stays consistent.

If it's simple for you, I'd switch to another PSU as well. PSUs can be tricky. A heavier load doesn't always mean more instability. A game might lead to more issues due to frequent demand changes, even if the demands are lower. I'm not sure, but if temperatures look good, I'd probably test the PSU next. You might also want to check your RAM with MemTest86, as it can cause similar problems.

I’ll give my Ram a try, my PSU is Seasonic 850W platinum. Hardware seems to be the main cause of restarts, but only with certain EA titles like Apex, Battlefield, and Battle Front. I can play ARK, Blender, Wonderlands, and Borderlands without any problems.
