Initialization successful but no startup or audio output.
I have been using my PC for almost a year it suddenly starting hanging and rebooting every 4 to 5 minutes of booting up, so i powered it off and did a bit of cleaing in my computer and when i powered it back on it just started the fans at full power and its not booting, i made sure everything was connected properly and all the components are seated properly but still no boot and the fams just keep running its not even giving any beep code or light code, the main power light just stays ON you may say that is a light code of some sort but nothing useful came up when i googled it. My system is a lenovo thinkcenter small factor form m72e (yes it is an old PC), i took it to the local repair shops one said i have a corrupted BIOS the other said my motherboard is toast, and i have no idea what is the actual problem with my system and what should i do, if anyone can... please guide me.
