I used RUFUS and it instructed me to turn off secure boot.

It doesn't respond when you choose the boot USB, it keeps repeating instead of loading properly.

I was trying to open my USB drive but it wasn’t responding. I turned off the secure boot feature and restarted it, but it kept looping instead of loading properly.
