It seems secure boot is becoming increasingly difficult to enable. A fresh Windows 10 installation might help resolve the issue. Your situation is understandable, and getting guidance would be really helpful.

Secure boot is a BIOS setting and shouldn't be influenced by Windows. However, changing its state may require reinstalling the operating system. This setting can sometimes prevent Windows from booting, even after reverting it. To activate Secure Boot in BIOS, you might need to turn off compatibility mode support and enable TPM 2.0. Check your motherboard's documentation if problems persist. Once Secure Boot is properly set, you can proceed with installing Windows 11. Be careful—disabling Secure Boot can damage your installation. P.S., your hardware specifications might be useful.

Download the latest version of Linux Mint from the official site. It should resolve any issues you're facing.

I don’t have a clear answer on whether the Rog Strix B550-F supports secure boot. You might want to check the manufacturer’s specifications or contact their support for confirmation.

I'm using a ROG Strix B550-F gaming board and it works perfectly with secure boot and Windows 11. I'm still on Windows 10, but I tried Windows 11 before and it installed smoothly.
