Initialization failure detected – DLL P17RunE not found during startup.
After updating Windows to Win 10, the issue occurs every time I start my PC. The error says P17RunE.dll couldn’t be found. I searched my C drive and found the files but it doesn’t match what’s needed. Need advice on fixing this startup problem.
