You simply need to power on your PC and insert the USB drive. The installation process will then begin automatically.

After powering on the PC, you need to adjust the boot priority in the BIOS and choose 'Boot from USB' to let the installer start.

You press the delete key to reach there. You insert the USB before adjusting the 'Boot from USB' setting, not after changing it. Just confirming for your first time.

The boot queue process evaluates devices in priority order. BIOS/UEFI verifies if any high-priority device is bootable; otherwise, it proceeds to the next item. The system expects an OS-equipped drive for successful booting. If a USB remains connected during the next attempt, you'll see a prompt to press a key for 10 seconds before moving forward.
