Whenever I start my computer I see the Asus logo just permanently there. It isn't until I reboot it that it works. This happens every time and I can't find a fix.

Have you attempted to clear the CMOS? It seems the BIOS might be stuck during startup.

You might attempt to restore MBOO configurations via menus. Also, enabling the POST readout can help observe its behavior during stalls.
