We successfully resolved the issue. The challenge arose when we accessed the ASUS website, created an account, and located the correct serial number. We downloaded the latest BIOS but mistakenly selected the wrong version depending on whether the motherboard supported Wi-Fi. Since our board lacked Wi-Fi, we ended up with a version intended for Wi-Fi devices. The fix involved waiting a considerable period to reach the right page. Here’s the link: https://www.asus.com/us/motherboards-com...0M-PLUS-II We’ve tried numerous troubleshooting steps. Our main concern is that the motherboard wasn’t fully updated to support our current CPU, as outlined in the parts list. We purchased the board on March 25th, 2021, still in its original packaging inside an anti-static bag. It has been used since February 16th, 2025. Currently, we’re uncertain whether the problem lies with a hardware defect or just a BIOS compatibility issue. We also attempted to clear the CMOS. The BIOS download used is: https://www.asus.com/us/motherboards-com...50-PLUS-II Thank you for your assistance!
