Yesterday I assembled my initial build and discovered that pressing the power button didn’t produce any results. After several hours of troubleshooting, I remain stuck and would value your guidance. My components are: CPU - Ryzen 5500G, RAM - Corsair 2 x 8 GB DDR4 3200 MHz, Motherboard - MSI B550M PRO-VDH, WIFI SSD - Samsung 980 1 TB, NVMe Power supply - Evga Supernova 550 Ga, Fully Modular Case - Phanteks Eclipse P300A ATX Mid Tower. I’ve checked reseating cables and tested the power supply with a paper clip test. The only option I have now is to update the BIOS, as it seems the 5600G may not be compatible with the B550M without an update. Could you recommend what to try next?

Have you considered using the jump button instead of the power switch to turn on the computer?
