I built this system for the first time. It has a Zotac 3060 Ti with an Intel Core i5-12700K, two 16GB Kingston Fury sticks at 60kHz each, a 2TB hard drive, and a B660 XMP motherboard. When I power it on, everything lights up, fans spin, and the monitor appears. It says there’s no signal detected. The boot menu stays green on the motherboard. I tried using a USB for Windows installation and another USB for BIOS updates, but nothing happened. The HDMI is connected to the GPU, and I also tried connecting it directly to the motherboard. After unplugging and replugging everything, it still doesn’t work. Please help, and thank you. Also, let me know if I should try other components or just see what works alone.

the monitor isn't aligned properly with the input, which might be why it doesn't post even when fans spin. there could be debug lights on the motherboard that might guide you to the issue. you might try removing the memory cards one by one to identify which module is faulty. i've also noticed ram sticks causing problems in specific slots, and changing the slot resolved the problem.

Thanks for the update. The monitor is set correctly, and I've tested all stick configurations. The motherboard shows four LEDs, with the boot indicator staying green. I've swapped cables from the power supply and reconnected everything, but it still won't post. I suspect the issue might be related to RAM stick compatibility—I bought a DDR4 motherboard and DDR4 sticks, and they should arrive today.
