I'm setting up my first project and received a few components from a friend. One was a Corsair CX650M power supply. I'm considering the Gigabyte Z390 AORUS PRO for my motherboard. When I began assembling this build on pcpartpicker, it showed this warning: "The Gigabyte Z390 AORUS PRO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard has an extra 4-pin ATX power connector, but the Corsair CXM 650 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply doesn’t. This connector provides extra 12V power for the board. Even if the system runs fine without it, heavy demands like overclocking or large graphics cards might need it."

Your concern is whether the i7 9700k with GTX 1070 requires a different power supply. This one should work if you have the correct connector, but if you plan to push more power, you might need a compatible one. Thank you for your assistance!

The four-pin section should provide enough power for the CPU, while the remaining four pins are intended for maximum overclocking.
