I might want to switch to a different graphics card just to rule it out. You could also check for another PCI-e port, if one exists. It’s possible your CPU isn’t included by default and you’ll need a BIOS update to enable compatibility. That might be the reason even though the product label says supported. There could also be a power supply issue—consider using a different PSU if you can.
