Initial Overclocker with a two-part query.
Hello everyone, please accept my thanks ahead of time for your assistance!

No one can simply give you a profile that just works. Overclocking isn't a precise art. Computers with identical parts will react very differently. Even the same program on the same machine will handle the same overclock in various ways, particularly for GPU settings. The only reliable path is to try it yourself. Slowly. It won’t be finished overnight. You might take weeks or even months. I once spent several months fine-tuning mine. It’ll require a long, careful process of testing and adjusting, focusing more on temperatures than on games, until you’re content with what you’ve achieved. It could turn into a costly endeavor, as...
i think i can handle this.
first, don't ask people to tell you what to do—do your own research. youtube is a good resource.
look into the cpu and motherboard you currently have. check online for similar setups and see what others achieved. also pay attention to their cooling solutions.
for you, putting in a cooler is the initial step. messing up there means you won't be able to overclock later.

lol
probably I can handle it.

i’ve done a lot of research, but it hasn’t helped me overclock. that’s why i’m here.
i shared my specs in the post—didn’t you notice?
I did a lot of research but nothing worked. What have you actually tried so far, and what outcomes are you seeing? What kind of assistance were you looking for?
I explored various BIOS settings, including the built-in OC Tuner and adjusting multipliers to boost my CPU's clock speed. After rebooting, nothing changed. I considered checking the voltage settings, but the BIOS only allowed up to 1.15V, which was puzzling. It might be related to my motherboard's capabilities.
Later, I attempted a simpler method using Intel Extreme Utility, but it either triggered a BSOD immediately or showed no improvement—my PC's speed remained at 3.4GHz in Windows settings.
Now I'm really confused by all this complexity and feel stuck without clear guidance.
Sorry, I’m new to this stuff and finding it tough for beginners.
Navid123 shared their experience, explaining they conducted extensive research but still faced no improvement. They described adjusting BIOS settings, attempting to increase CPU voltage, and even using a simpler tool, which didn’t resolve the issue. The advice given emphasizes starting simple, sticking to known methods, and avoiding changes without understanding them thoroughly.
The problem I face is no one has my motherboard and I'm thinking it might be a limitation with that. However, there is no way to confirm this without being super experienced with the subject. I've seen 100s of videos showing how its done but when I try it myself, it simply doesn't pick up speed. Hence, my asking questions on forums.
